Does it work with iPhone HEIC photos?▾
Yes — HEIC files are converted automatically in your browser before upload. No extra steps needed. Just pick the photo straight from your iPhone camera roll.
Will my passport photo be accepted by the US State Department?▾
Fotovert only crops, resizes, and swaps the background color — it does not alter your face or apply any AI enhancements. This keeps your photo compliant with the January 2026 State Department ruling banning AI-enhanced passport photos. That said, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any government agency — please review official requirements before submitting.
Can I use it for school or university ID photos?▾
Yes. Many universities require incoming students to submit a passport-style photo (white background, 2×2 inch) to get their student ID made. Fotovert produces exactly that format. Select the US spec and you'll get a compliant photo ready to upload to your school's portal.

What does the 3-photo pack include?▾
3 separate photo uploads — not 3 copies of the same photo. Each upload can be a different person, a different country spec, or a different photo entirely. What is the 4×6 print sheet?▾
